Ageing:Three months spent on the lees in tanks, with fortnightly bâtonnage.
Fermentation and Maceration:20 days at 14-16ºC and 16-20 hours of cold maceration at 10ºC.


Originating from a selection of bush-trained Verdejo vines between 40 and 120 years of age, the vineyards are located on alluvial terraces and stony soils near the banks of the Duero River. Intense nose with aromas of tropical fruits, aniseed, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh on the attack and very rich in texture, supported by perfect acidity and fruitiness, which give it balance and a slightly viscous texture. Intense floral aftertaste reminiscent of tropical fruits and lavender.
