In certain vintages, some wines from certain plots of our older Pago de Chafandin vineyards really take our breath away, when through the ageing process, they convey more elegance and personality in successive tastings. These barrels are selected in the first six months after each vintage and separated for individual monitoring. In years that this occurs, the wine is bottled under the Sed de Caná brand and gives rise to the winery’s most iconic wine. Fruity and floral aromas of violets over elegant, mineral, balsamic, and spicy nuances. Full-bodied, juicy, and big on the palate, yet with a fine, expressive, and balanced finish. Very long-lasting and vibrant.
